🌿 My Journey After years of struggling with medication sensitivities as a neurodivergent woman, I turned to herbal medicine, culinary nutrition, and energy work. Armed with a B.A. in Culinary Arts and 15 years in wellness, I founded LMH Custom Teas & Herbs — creating over 500 custom organic tea blends and supporting clients through autoimmune recovery, postpartum healing, and chronic illness management. As my work deepened, I found clients needed more than recipes — they needed emotional and spiritual alignment. That realization birthed Divine Empowerment Coaching, where I now combine life coaching, Reiki, and holistic health consulting for full-spectrum transformation. 💫 The Heart of My Work Every client holds a story of resilience.
